How It Works

A simple process for sending large technical files.

Uploading files

  1. Enter your name, ticket reference and contact details.
  2. Select the team or department handling your support case.
  3. Drag and drop the requested files into the upload area.
  4. Submit the upload and wait for the completion message.

After upload

Once uploaded, the files are made available to the Newcorp support team for review as part of the active support case.

Please only upload files requested by your support provider.

For large files, keep the browser window open until the upload completes.
